Cancellation Policy

Sometimes, life gets in the way and plans have to change - we get it! If you find you can no longer make it to your session, you will need to let us know at least 48 hours prior if you can no longer make the class. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booked session, we ask that you email us, and keep in mind the notification period that is needed. If you submit your email to let us know that you will not be able to attend your session 48 hours or more, prior to your booked session, you will be eligible for a refund, or to reschedule your class, subject to availability. If cancelling or rescheduling within the 24 hours of the intended session, there will be a $25 fee. Due to there being very limited seating available, requests received within 2 hours of the booking will be considered a 'no show', and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule to a different class. If you are in a booking of a group of 4 or more or attending a speciality class, the notification period will be 72 hours before the booked session. PRIVATE BOOKINGS: If you cancel your session within a week of your booking, this deposit will be considered forfeited and will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
