Cancellation Policy

Sometimes, life gets in the way and plans have to change - we get it! If you find you can no longer make it to your session, you will need to let us know at least 48 hours prior if you can no longer make the class.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booked session, we ask that you email us, and keep in mind the notification period that is needed.

If you submit your email to let us know that you will not be able to attend your session 48 hours or more, prior to your booked session, you will be eligible for a refund, or to reschedule your class, subject to availability. 

If cancelling or rescheduling within the 24 hours of the intended session, there will be a $25 fee. 

Due to there being very limited seating available, requests received within 2 hours of the booking will be considered a 'no show', and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule to a different class. 

If you are in a booking of a group of 4 or more or attending a speciality class, the notification period will be 72 hours before the booked session. 

For Private Bookings:

A $120 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. As our private bookings are in high demand, please let us know as soon as possible if you are no longer wanting to host your session, as another party is often wanting that time slot.

If you cancel your session within a week of your booking, this deposit will be considered forfeited and will be non-refundable and non-transferable. 

On the rare occasion that there are only 3 or fewer bookings for a class, the class will be cancelled. We will provide you with ample notice if you have booked one of these classes. You will be eligible for a rescheduled class or refund.

All content, images, text and graphics on our website belong to the owners of Studio De Vin. Unauthorised use of this content is prohibited.

All pricing is in AUD with GST included. Goods and services provided and their prices listed may be subject to change. We reserve the right to alter, remove, or suspend goods and their pricing at our own discretion. 

We reserve the right to change the artist hosting a session. Sessions may be cancelled or behind schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance we will do our best to alert you at a reasonable time prior to the altered session. 

If a class is cancelled, you will be credited the amount of the purchase, or refunded via the method in which you paid for the session. 

Throughout our sessions we may take photos and videos of our customers which may be used for promotional purposes on our social channels. We may modify recordings for our own purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please let us know by the beginning of the session. 

To access and use the website, goods and services provided by Studio De Vin is at your own risk and discretion. 

We do our best to ensure that the information on our website and listings are always correct, however they may be subject to change without notice to you. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio De Vin disclaims any warranties, implied guarantees or promises, regarding the website and any goods and services or facilities we provides.

By attending a session, you agree that you will only partake in the consumption of alcohol in our public or private events if you are the age of 18 or older, and will need to provide proof of identification if asked.  We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we believe that you are under the age of 18 and have or intend to consume alcohol. 

Guests may be denied entry into our studio or private event if we believe you are intoxicated.
