We love celebrating, and would love to help make you next event a great one.

We are more than happy to cater for themes, skill building, or special events.

 

Terms:

The minimum number of bookings will still be required in the event that members of your party pull out and less than the minimum number of people attend. We can have a maximum of 25 people at the Studio.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. As our private bookings are in high demand, please let us know as soon as possible if you are no longer wanting to host your session, as another party is often wanting that time slot.
If you cancel your session within a week of your booking, this deposit will be

considered forfeited and will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bookings In The Studio:

Private bookings for adults require a minimum of 10 people, with a maximum of 25 people and are $68 pp.

Private bookings for children's parties require a minimum of 6 kids, with a maximum of 16 and are $60 pp.

We can do private bookings any day or time of the week, providing we have availability that day!

For adult private bookings during weekends over the peak period (November - January) private bookings will be a minimum of 12 people at $72 per person.

Offsite Bookings:

We now also offer off-site bookings at the location of your choice and organisation!

This does require a travel and setup fee based on your choice of location.

Please note we do not supply alcohol or food at off-site events.

Offsite bookings for adults require a minimum of 8 people, at $70 pp.

For children's parties, it is a minimum of 6 at $65 pp.

We supply the following:

Easels

Canvases

Paintbrushes

Water Jugs

Paints

Paint Palettes

Aprons

Butchers Paper for Tables

And of course the Artist!

Team Building:

Our Team Building sessions are new to the Studio, and are perfect for workplaces that want to try something new!
These private sessions require a minimum of 10 people and are $70 per person, for a 3.5 hour time slot. In peak periods (November -

January) these sessions are $705 per person with a 12 person minimum. There will be a 30x40cm canvas for each person to complete, as well

as one large 50x60cm canvas for the group to complete together!

This will mean time-management, communication and delegation skills will be practised so that all paintings are completed. The larger painting will be wonderful to take back to your office or workplace for

display of your team work!

High Tea:

To make that booking extra special, pull out all the stops and request a High Tea Paint and Sip!
Requiring a minimum of 12 people at $100, our High Tea private sessions include a glass of Prosecco on arrival, a hot beverage of your choice as well as a High Tea tower of Sandwiches, Hot Food and Sweet

Treats.
This can accompany any of the paintings you would like to choose!

Must be organised 3 weeks in advance.
Peak period (November - January) requires a minimum of 10 people at

$110 per person, and must be organised 4 weeks in advance.

Speed Painting:

Speed painting means you'll be racing the clock to complete each step explained to you, before the whistle sounds!

After each whistle, get up and move to the next canvas to complete the next step. Think Speed Dating, but with a canvas instead of a date!

The end result is canvases that everyone's contributed to, a lot of laughs and a bit of chaos!

This session is $60pp for a two hour session, with a minimum of 10 people. In peak periods (November-January) this requires a minimum of 12 people at $65pp.

A non refundable deposit is required to secure the time slot, the equivalent of two people’s tickets, and all who plan on attending are required to book in and pay prior to the session.

Textured Session:

Our textured classes include any of our painting options that look a little 3D, adding texture with the use of additional materials. These include: Bloom Where You're Planted, Textured Arches, Textured Art, and more.
This session is $70pp, with a minimum of 10 people.
In peak periods (November -January) this requires a minimum of 12 people at $75pp.
A non refundable deposit is required to secure the time slot, the equivalent of two people’s tickets, and all who plan on attending are required to book in and pay prior to the session.

Upgrades:

All bookings include a 30x40cm canvas for the art to be completed.
Upgrade to a 40x50cm canvas with a wooden frame: $20pp. Upgrade to a 50x60cm canvas: $20pp.

Kids Bookings In The Studio:

Our children’s parties are $60 per child with a minimum of 6 children required. In peak periods (November - January) it is $65pp and a minimum of 8 kids.

You will have the whole studio to yourselves for two hours, with all painting materials supplied and the artwork of your choice.

 

Offsite Kids Parties:

Our offsite children’s parties are $65 per child with a minimum of 6 children required, and do require a travel/setup fee based on location.

During peak times (November - January) these are $65 per child and require a minimum of 8 participants.

Food and drinks packages are available for private bookings.

You may send through preferences of which painting you would like to complete in your private booking, however this is subject to artist availability!

Our artists all have additional jobs, and we do recommend sending through your preferences as soon as possible so it is more likely for the artist of your choice to plan accordingly.

We can also do custom artwork for an additional fee, if you would like a painting to reflect your event perfectly!
